Details:![]() To make designing the buildings a bit more of a challenge, the creators of the models have been primarily limited to standard white LEGO® Bricks. Today's pick from this exhibit is this sculpture of a cylinderical city. I love the way that this one uses the geometry of the LEGO® bricks to angle parts and create the rounded effect. The use of empty space to emulate windows and doors inside the city is great too. We have posted additional photos from the Building Asia Brick By Brick project at Brickshelf, for those of you who can't make it in person. The exhibit will be on display in Beijing from August 16th to September 1st, Shanghai from September 6th to the 9th, and Chengdu from the 13th to the 25th. |
